To edit an event's properties, simply go to that event page and click the Edit Event icon above it. This can only be done on events you've created.

At GreenMartini, casting calls are also events. The only difference will be the payment type for the attendees (paid vs pay to attend).

Title

An event title is required in our system. Try being descriptive so people know what your event or casting call is about.

Description

Post anything you'd like to mention about the event here. You can designate specific requirements for attendees, a list of items they need to bring, etc.

Date

The start date and end date of the event or casting call. The end date is optional.

Location

Where is this event or casting call located? The more specific you are, the better the results you'll get. We'll automatically notify people nearby of your event.

Specialties

What specialties will this event encompass? If you expect model nudity, you must mark that here. It helps avoid wasting everyone's time.

People Desired

Enter the minimum and maximum number of people with that role that you want to attend. Both are optional.

Next, choose what their payment will be. Casting calls will generally be TFP, paid, or negotiable while events will generally be pay to attend. Enter the dollar amount, if applicable, next.

We recommend using our Vault for TFP/TFCD, too. When adding credits to a photo you can designate the license for each person and allow them to download the hi-res version of the photo.
