once you give them a credit, the only way to revoke it is to delete the image. If it is bad enough you want to hide it, and want to deny the credit, chances are the image should be expunged from humanity. ;-)
TJA_Bricker 3 days ago There are reasons other than quality which motivate wanting to (temporarily) hide images. But I understand that this is the functionality that you provide. I just wanted to be sure that I was not overlooking something. Thank you again for your response.

12 months ago · Permalink Hi Guys! I keep getting emails from olive saying that I have critiques on my pictures, but when I click on the critiques tab, there's nothing. Thinking this might be a chrome issue too, I also opened said pics in firefox. Still nothing. :-(
Toadmaster 8 months ago Same with me, but I was advised that the critiques were probably removed again by the person that posted them before I could see them. (?)
NVT_Photography 2 months ago Just a heads up... I'm still getting critique notifications, and there are no critiques. :-( I've taken to messaging the user's profile directly from the email, and letting them know that I can't seem to figure out how to see critiques, and encourage them to message me directly until a fix is announced.
At this point, I've checked in chrome, firefox, and IE. *sighs*
Any idea on when we might expect a resolution for this one? :-)

yes, some images got destroyed a few months back and we have been trying to slowly restore them.

yea, something is broken there. we are considering taking crits offline since people have no clue how to properly crit a photo.
RickRitz 7 months ago I did one shortly after I joined and the member took me to task...though I did notice his editing improved soon after. Haven't tried once since.

yes, you can post casting calls. level just tells you their interaction here, it isn't critical to anything.

9 months ago · Permalink Hello, I was notified that a "user reported" image was removed. The reason given is that it is a "poor quality", "cell phone" image. That image is in the same style as the rest of the set in the gallery so this description seems either inaccurate or inconsistent. The particular image was a little more risque than the others of the set, but no different in quality. I would like to put the image back. Please advise.

Send @sedetweiler a private message. He's out of town right now, but will be able to respond when he gets back. Only two of us remove images from the site if they're reported, so I would really recommend against adding it again. There's a decent chance it would just get reported again and we'd have to remove it again.
Toadmaster 8 months ago Same with me. Too bad we don't know who reports it and for the most part the criteria as to why. I'm sure that if that truely is the reason why, (cell phone photo) there could, would and should be many more removed.

8 months ago · Permalink One of my photos just got reported and deleted for being "inappropriate." (Lucky Hand) The photo was my model (staceystar007) sitting with her hand between her legs covering her privates. She was not doing anything sexual, no 'finger play', and the only exposed body parts were her breasts. There are 100's of photos just like mine, or worse that are acceptable, but not mine? Just wondering why it is okay to show a girl spread eagle, showing her vagina, but not okay to have it covered with a hand????

10 months ago · Permalink About a month ago I tried signing up for one of the events, after clicking on "change" only half of the small window opened and wouldn't let me change my status. Today Perry has an event listed and I tried signing up on it and the same thing is happening. ???

CindyEastling 11 months ago Oh boy....Ok,I see that now with my photo's that I can delete my own...its not a bad photo,..just feel a bit uncomfy now,Idk...guess I will leave it for now and pay more attention next time!..I know my photog will delete if I ask tho seeing he is the only one that is credited....Thank You!

If it bothers you, go ahead and add it to your hidden gallery. If he does the same, no one will see it.

what he can do on here is upload a large image and then allow you to download it in various sizes. I wanted it to be the method I used to get the model, make-up, hair, etc the images without emailing them around.

Clicked on critique' and that was blank also. Went into photos to critique', saw recent critiques' and mine was also not listed there. Please let me know how I go about retreiving this information. It does search by name. Both nickname and real name. You just have to enter enough of it accurately for it to find that person.

1 year ago · Permalink A model who is also a member here posted some photos I took of her and gave me credit as photographer...unfortunately some of those photos she posted are not very good, and I don't want them to show up in MY portfolio, which they do...apparently because I have photo credit...How do I get them out of my portfolio? I see no way to delete anything.

the images are global. to "hide" it from your port, add it to your Hidden collection using the Organize tool on your portfolio page.
