Biography

Why you might want to shoot with me...
1. I have very long, black hair and pretty blue eyes.
2. I am tiny, but I can photograph much taller (apparently).
3. I can pose and balance (usually).
4. I have a background as a ballet/pointe dancer (past) and martial arts (present).
5. I have a very versatile look (and I'd like to explore more of it).
6. I'm nice and not a "diva."
And if that's not convincing, I welcome you to contact any photographer I've worked with. I have a solid reputation and so far everyone has been quite happy with my work.

I'm interested in shooting a pretty wide variety of concepts and I'm always open to other things. I definitely love hearing ideas we can work on together. Here's a few examples of my interests.
- fine art, conceptual, figure and artistic nudes
- high fashion and VS style lingerie*
- gothic, punk & darker concepts
- fantasy
- pin-up
- vintage (like 30's and 40's)* (I have negligees and a morning gown)
- cultural
- historical/period
- steampunk/Victorian
- Japanese Lolita/Visual Kei
- unique, unusual, weird
Please note that I do not have wardrobe for most of these. I am working on it, but the wardrobe I can provide is marked with an *. I will shoot just about anything. The vast majority of what I shoot is art and figure work, as you can see in my port. I would call that my specialty, but I'm also interested in darker work, themed work, and possibly pin-up. And really, who knows what else. If you've got a concept, tell me about it. My limitations are pretty few, the only thing I have set in stone is that I will not shoot open leg if my face is in the photo. For certain artistic and anonymous projects, I will consider it.

Also, allow me to let you know what you can expect when shooting with me:
- I arrive on time, clean, no make-up (unless requested), and with my nails, fingers and toes, even and either bare or with neutral polish.
- I will bring clothing or props if requested
- My hair can be braided, put in a ponytail or bun, or left down. It can be changed in a couple minutes.
- I can pose well on my own or I'd be happy to take your direction. Especially with glamour and other creative work, I really appreciate input on poses and expressions.
- I am natural, with no tattoos or piercings aside from my ears.

I do work another job so I prefer to shoot on weekends. I can shoot weekday evenings for paid work or if that is the only option, but it will have to be a shorter shoot. I tend to stay in the Knoxville area. Unfortunately, I am unable to travel more than about 30 minutes at this time.

I do bring a driver to my shoots. I do not drive so this is absolutely necessary. If you prefer he not remain with us while shooting, please let me know. If you would like him to help, etc, let me know that too. If you would like, I can provide references for him.
