Biography

Hi, I'm Paul. I am a studio owner and location photographer. I am perfectly comfortable in both environments. It's all about the look we are going to create, together. My studio is located conveniently just off the Interstate. My locations vary based on the look we wish to create.

I am very detail oriented and extremely driven, while being kind, warm and understanding. I love to have fun on shoots and try to keep it fun and light while still being focused. I have been told by countless models that they feel very comfortable shooting with me. Feel free to contact me for references.

I no longer shoot TFP unless I contact you. If you think you can convince me that your concept is something I MUST have in my portfolio, take a stab at it. Send me a message. Please don't be offended if I do not feel the same way about your concept as you do.

A bit of info you should know:

If I am to be your next photographer, you will want to communicate effectively. If you stop communicating or cannot continue a basic dialog, you will lose me.

Effective communication is of the utmost importance. If you do not get back to me for several days or will not hold a simple conversation when requested, we will not work together.

If I contact you, have the courtesy to reply. It does not have to be a dissertation, just a simple reply would be appreciated.

I want to work with people whom are serious about their craft. If you are on Mayhem just to get cute pictures of yourself, I am not the photographer for you. If you aren't driven and serious about modeling, let's not waste each other's time.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations/reschedules. Flakes not welcome.

I like to plan shoots. I am not an "over-planner" as to suppress the very process that is creative, but I like to discuss the shoot to be sure we spend our time together wisely.

I am not here to "take" pictures, I want to "MAKE" pictures. Many are happy pointing a camera and getting anything that comes into their lens. Not me. I prefer to control light and shadow to create my images. "Making" pictures takes a deliberate approach and planning, no matter what we are shooting. It is ALWAYS worth it in the end.
