Biography

I have been in the Graphic Arts field for 40 years. I have been editing photos for perfection for 35 years. The most exciting experience though is when I give the models their final pictures and they just can't believe how good they look. I also photograph weddings, students for their senior class pictures, family portraits and pets. I restore old photos as well. I am willing to travel, but most of my shoots are in Waushara and Waupaca counties (known for gorgeous outside settings with woods and rustic streams. I really consider myself to be an artist when it comes to making the best pictures possible and welcome any opportunity and privilege to work with anyone wanting to create a portfolio that shows off true natural beauty. I do have a inside studio and have the ability to create thousands of different effects digitally. I do require payment for most of my shoots but would consider a trade where both the model and I benefit. Regardless, my models all get copyright privileges and every shoot is customized to meet the models expectations and requirements. My rates are very affordable! Some of my other hobbies are fishing, and singing in a barbershop quartet. The quartet sings mainly songs from the 50's and 60's.

RE: Photo Shoots
I have no problem with models bringing an escort or a friend that they feel comfortable with to the shoot and actually prefer it. I have had great success when the third person has creative talents and ideas and asks if we could try a few of their ideas. When this happens, we have what I like to call a team concept and we are all there for the same purpose and that's to achieve the best shots possible.

Another concept that works great is when two models are going to do a shoot at the same time. While I am working with one model, the other is preparing for their next segment. I am constantly taking shots with this concept and there is little wasted time.

If possible, I like to meet my models prior to the shoot so we can learn more about each others thoughts and ideas. This will also result in a comfort level so that the shoot is totally relaxing from the very start. This meeting is always in a public place and again escorts, friends and even parents when the person is under 18 are welcome at this meeting.

I am also available to assist anyone with retouching as i am also a PHOTOSHOP EXPERT. Good pictures will be absolutely stunning once done. Feel free to send me a test image that I will retouch free so you can see the difference. Let me know what you want done or just let me create magic!
